Surveys, Articles and Leadership Quiz

Leadership Survey

We conducted a survey on Leadership in January 2011. We asked our database and our social media community a range of questions about leadership in business.

Our goal was to find out what people think of the quality of leadership in business today. We asked them a range of questions including what they were looking for in leadership today and what they believe the problems in leadership are. We also asked who they thought were effective leaders and why.

The respondents were passionate and the results were consistent. People know what they want from leaders today and the majority is not getting it.

Have a look at the survey. It might be a great time for you to review your leadership strategy.

Leadership Quiz

Do you know how you are being as a leader? Are you aware of the results you are creating?

The most courageous thing that leaders can do is asses their leadership style and the results they are creating. This requires you to take responsibility and answer the questions with absolute honesty for this to be of value for you.

If you are really brave, you can ask those who work with you or those you associate with to complete the survey on you. Then you can compare the results to see if your perception of your leadership is really your reality.
